Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note we can only fix your order within 3 days of your package being delivered. If you do not contact us within the 3 days, we are unable to resolve the issue due to time that has passed.

Trademark Statement: Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are complying with any trademark and copyright protections when using our designs and understanding that you publicly post at your own risk. We are not to be held responsible or liable for any legal implications that may occur to you or your business.

Shipping Policy

All ready to ship orders ship in 2-4 business days (unless otherwise stated on the homepage). If your order contains any "pre-order" items, your entire order WILL NOT ship until the day the "pre-order" item states in the title.

Magical Transfers is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend you purchase the extended "Route" insurance on every US order to insure you are protected by them. 

If you order is returned back to use due to address issues, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees if they would like to order re-sent. 

Please triple check that the address you input at checkout is correct. This will avoid any issues with deliveries.
